I bought this detector...NOT for my personal use but as a gift for my dad who has been clamoring for a metal detector for the longest time. My mom and I worked together and purchased the Bounty Hunter QSIGWP Quick Silver Metal Detector from the Amazon website.
When my dad got the package and opened it, he was very thrilled. He pulled out the contents (just like a kid on Christmas would) and pieced the parts together - about 3 to 4 of them within a couple of minutes.
All in all, the Bounty Hunter QSIGWP Quick Silver Metal Detector is an excellent unit...with one major short coming that I'm going to tell you about later. Let's check out the niceties first:
